Dr. Abhishek Anand

Dr. Abhishek Anand completed his MBBS from Seth GS Medical College & K.E.M Hospital, Mumbai (2001-2007). He completed his MS Ophthalmology and DNB from Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (2008-2011). He did his Fellowship in Vitreo-Retina Surgery from Biratnagar Eye Hospital and Lahan Eye Hospital, Nepal (2011-2013). After completing his fellowship he provided his Vitreo Retina Service at AIIMS-Patna. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in Vitreo-Retina at Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, IGIMS-Patna. He is recipient  of Dr. A. K. Prasad Gold Medal, AAO-2010, Best Poster Award, Multiple Travel Grants and is Co-Researcher in ongoing national and international clinical trials. He has around 13 publications in Peer-reviewed indexed journals. He has presented his works at various National and International conferences.  His main areas of interest are Paediatric Vitreo-Retinal Disorders, Myopic Macular Disorders, Supra-choroidal Therapeutics and Macular Buckling
